Your wedding deserves a well-rested and fully prepared coordination team. To ensure timely arrival and exceptional service, the following policy applies to events outside our local range:

• Travel up to 30 miles round-trip from Saginaw is included in all packages. Beyond this, mileage is billed at $0.65 per mile

If your wedding venue is more than 2 hours away (one way) from our home base, overnight accommodations will be required for your coordinator (and assistant, if applicable). Accommodations typically include:

• One-night stay — usually the night before or the night of your event

• Lodging located at or near the venue for easy access

For multi-day celebrations or weddings with very early start times, additional nights may be requested to support proper coverage.

This policy allows us to arrive refreshed, prepared, and fully focused on making your day run flawlessly from start to finish.
