Month-Of Wedding Coordination

Investment: $900

Reception Setup & Breakdown Assistance

Starting at $150

Need help getting the reception space ready? I can assist with placing client-provided décor, setting tables, arranging designated reception details, and breaking down décor at the end of the event.

Pricing varies based on the size of the reception, amount of décor, and setup or breakdown requirements.

Extended Coordination Hours

$80 per hour

Need additional coverage beyond the hours included in your coordination package? Add extra coordination time to keep your day supported from start to finish.

Have a larger installation or more detailed setup? Additional decorating support is available for intricate backdrops, specialty installations, larger décor pieces, elaborate staging, or setups requiring additional time or assistance.

Pricing Varies

Complete your event with décor pieces available for rent. Rental options may include statement pieces, specialty décor, signage, backdrops, and finishing touches to complement your event design.

Travel & Overnight Accommodations

I’m proud to serve Saginaw and surrounding communities! While most of my events are within the local area, I’m happy to travel for events outside of Saginaw when available.

Travel

Travel within 30 minutes one way from Saginaw, Michigan is included with your service.

For locations 31–60 minutes one way, a $75 flat travel fee will be added to your final invoice.

Events located more than 60 minutes from Saginaw may also be available and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Additional travel fees will be determined based on the event location, travel time, and overall scope of services.

Travel fees may also apply to venue walkthroughs, consultations, rehearsals, or other in-person planning meetings held outside the included travel area.

Overnight Accommodations

For events farther from Saginaw or events with schedules that require an exceptionally early arrival or late departure, overnight accommodations may be necessary.

Overnight accommodations may be required when:

  • The event requires an exceptionally early arrival

  • The event ends late enough that driving home would not be reasonable

  • The event spans multiple days

  • The travel distance or event schedule makes an overnight stay the safest or most practical option

When overnight accommodations are required, the cost of lodging will be added to your final invoice and discussed with you before booking.

Lodging will be arranged at a reasonably priced hotel at or near the event venue whenever possible.

My goal is to make sure I can arrive safe, rested, on time, and fully prepared to give your event the attention it deserves.
