Venue Walkthrough (travel fee may apply) – Walk the space together to ensure a smooth flow.

One Month of Coordination – Unlimited communication, guidance, and support starting 30 days out.
Two Coordinators – A lead and assistant coordinator for full coverage.
Detailed Wedding Day Timeline – Created just for you to ensure a smooth, stress-free low.
Week-of Event Meeting – Final check-in to confirm all plans are in place.
Venue Walkthrough (travel fee may apply) – Let’s plan the perfect setup together.
Vendor Confirmations – We confirm all vendor details and can provide recommendations if needed.
Rehearsal Coordination – Up to 2 hours of support to make sure your entire wedding party is prepared.

Pre-Event Meeting – Let’s go over your vision and details.
1–2 Planning Check-Ins – Light support to keep everything on track.
Set-Up Coordination (Overnight or Day-Of) – Flexible setup options based on your event needs.
On-Site Coordination (Up to 5 Hours) – I’ll be there to oversee everything so it runs smoothly.
Event Flow Management – Keeping everything on schedule and stress-free.
Clean-Up Coordination – I’ll help organize the end-of-event breakdown so you don’t have to.
